Shipping Policy
1) Scope
These terms apply to purchases made on aadeesattva.com. We ship across India only. Orders from outside India are not accepted.
2) Shipping regions and delivery
- Pan‑India delivery via trusted couriers.
- Typical delivery window: 3–10 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination city and product availability.
- Remote or difficult locations may take longer; customers will be notified if a delay is expected.
3) Shipping charges
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order value, weight/size, and delivery location.
- Occasionally, free shipping may apply for orders above a specified cart value; if offered, clearly state the threshold and any exclusions.
4) Order processing
- Orders are processed once payment is received and cleared.
- If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, customers will be informed promptly and offered either:
- substitute product, or
- refund.
5) Returns, refunds, and replacements
- Provide clear, accessible info about returns/refunds as required under Indian e‑commerce rules. Authorities emphasise that e‑commerce entities disclose such information prominently.
- Example framework you can adapt:
- Eligibility: Returns or replacements are accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or materially not as described, within a specified timeframe from delivery—e.g., 7–15 days.
- Condition: Items must be unused, with tags/packaging intact, unless defective.
- Process: Customer raises a request via email or support form; or direct call on provided number; arrange return pickup or drop‑off as applicable.
- Refund: Issued to the original payment method after inspection; specify estimated timeline, such as within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Replacement: Offered when stock is available; if not, refund provided.
6) Cancellation policy
- Customers may cancel orders before dispatch; after dispatch, follow returns/replacement rules.
- If cancellation is due to a merchant error (such as incorrect, damaged, or defective items), a full refund (100%) will be issued.
- If cancellation is requested due to a customer change of mind, and such cancellation is permitted, a refund of 85% of the order value will be processed. The remaining 15% will be deducted to cover operational, payment gateway, and handling charges.
- In such cases, the return and refund will be processed as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7) Pricing and taxes
- All taxes or fees are displayed at the checkout.
- Changes to prices or taxes are reflected immediately on the site but it will not affect and order which made previously.
8) Payment methods
- Accept major digital payment methods common in India: cards, UPI, net banking, etc.
- COD is not available for purchase.
9) Grievance redressal
- Appoint and list a contact person or officer for grievance handling, with contact details.
- Provide a process for customers to raise complaints and track them; ideally offer a ticket number and expected resolution timeline.
